Amazing place.
A quiet and spacious area that is consistently cared for and maintained by the owner. Owner was also very attentive to any issues I brought up.

Fantastic Place!
This place is great! Had my own entrance to my own building. They let me use the pool anytime. All of the accommodations including my own private bathroom with shower. Plus my own parking. The place was extremely quiet and so was the neighborhood. If there was any maintenance issues the landlord took care of them and was extremely helpful. I stayed here for over 2 years and if I didn't have to move I would stay even longer! Highly recommend!

This is a very clean, cozy, private home away from home. The accommodations are perfect for long-term stays and the area is a very quiet, safe, private neighborhood. As a night-shit worker, the black-out curtains were amazing and the noise was minimal. I was also doing online classes and the wifi connection was great and Roku was also offered as well. Extra fans, sheets, comforters, iron board with iron, and water filtration. Definitely recommend this place for long-term stays. If, i am ever back in this area will stay again! Close to many attractions as well!

Quiet and relaxing
D is the best landlord Ive ever rented from. He was attentive to my needs if there was something that required attention. He did not invade my privacy and was always very respectful and courteous. Im grateful that I was able to call this place home away from home. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you D!!

Enjoyed my stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. The landlords were always quick to jump on anything going on with the apartment. The apartment is spacious and makes you feel right at home. I would stay again.

Great place
This is a lovely studio apartment in a great quiet neighborhood.The landlords are very sweet and quick to address any issues that may arise. Reasonable rate and spacious. Loved my stay here and highly recommend this apartment.
