All the way from Spain

I stayed at Brian's house for three months, and it was one of the best experiences ever. A super welcoming guy, quiet when needed, talkative in common spaces and always helpful at everything needed. Took care of me so much, big rooms and nice company! A must :)

Great stay!

I stayed at Brian's place for a month, and I am so glad to have done so on my first foray into furnished finder. Form the get go, Brian was so communicative and helpful, and the place was so neat as shown in the pictures. If I return to the DMV area, I will certainly return to Brian's place. And for coffee lovers, please check out Buna coffee house walking distance from Brian's place. Best Ethiopian coffee in town! Thanks for everything, Brian.

Great vibe, great location

B, the property owner is a fantastic host; just the right amount of interaction and certainly easy going, thoughtful and interesting. The room was very comfortable, light and airy, as was the home. Location is very convenient to hospitals, gyms, train station and restaurants. I'd stay again if I end up back in DC.

Amazing location

Brian is a very friendly and accommodating host. He and the other tenant, Adrian, made me feel welcomed during my time in DC. The room is exactly as described: spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It was perfectly located as well. About a mile from Childrens National and Medstar Washington Hospital and about a 10 minute walk from the Georgia Ave metro station. The area is safe, walkable, and close to countless restaurants and bars.
