First, let me just say that Carol is the perfect landlord/host. From day one she was very welcoming, and made me feel right at home. She was always readily available, even when she was away. This haven in the woods is very quiet and peaceful. If you are lucky enough to stay here you will not be disappointed. This guesthouse has everything you would need away from home: washer & dryer, silverware, dishes, etc. If you are looking to come to Chapel Hill and need somewhere to stay, do consider Carol's guesthouse. This guest house is such a treat! Convenient to grocery stores and highways, as well as a short drive to the hospital. Perfect for us traveling healthcare workers! C is very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs you may have. I felt very spoiled by her! Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat!

Truly Home Away from Home!

Staying here for my first travel assignment was quite the treat! I thoroughly enjoyed the quietness and coziness of the space. It was clean and very well-taken care of and I felt especially spoiled with the cleaning service. C was very responsive and truly care about the experience of her guests; I appreciated the book she provided about what to do in the area. She was always a text away and made herself available to help in anyway possible. Without a doubt, this space is highly recommended!

Perfect little guest house!

This is a wonderful little guest house. It has everything you need to be comfortable for a longer stay - kitchen, fridge, living area, bedroom, washer/dryer, full bathroom, desk, dining table. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees. C is a wonderful host who is very considerate and attentive to anything you might need. She is always a text away if you have any questions or concerns. The guest house is on a small street tucked away along the North Carolina tree-lined roads. It is very quiet and peaceful, but also within close proximity of lots of options. Lots of walking trail options nearby, 5-10 min to grocery stores, 15-20min to Duke University Hospital, and 40 min to Raleigh. My husband and I enjoyed staying here while I did a clinical at Duke. Loved exploring NC on the weekends (the mountains and coast are only 2+ hours from Chapel Hill!). We're so glad we found this spot!

Loved it!

I absolutely loved staying here, it is in a great location. It is fully furnished, very clean, and super cozy. The property manager Carol is amazing and incredibly nice. I have nothing bad to say about this property and highly recommend it!
