Nice home located in a convenient spot, with easy access to Bellevue, Redmond, and Seattle. Very kind host and smooth move in and move out process.

Clean and Homey

H has a beautiful home that is in a very safe and charming neighborhood. My time at this home was spent very comfortably. H is a wonderful host and is very helpful. This home is very spacious and clean. It is also located within a convenient drive from Seattle. I would highly recommend this property.

Great 3-month stay in 2021

Great place to live. I stayed with a roommate for 3 months and really liked the apartment. We found the apartment on another website and it didn't say there was an $800 cleaning fee, so that was a bit of a shock when we found out, but other than that, there were no real surprises during our stay, and ultimately that expense was worth it, since the condo was well-furnished and nice to live in. Owner was reasonable overall and available when needed, and the price was fair. Basically this apartment was exactly what we needed for the amount of time we were in the area.

Comfortable and convenient

the condo is in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to a grocery store, Walgreens and Starbucks which was super convenient. There were a few things that did not work in the condo that we were told would be fixed but never got done during our 4 month stay, for example the light over the bathroom sink/mirror did not work. Overall this was a comfortable place to stay and conveniently located to the hospital we were working at.

Really Clean and Convenient

The condo is exactly as advertised, sparkling clean and really convenient to all local hospitals and Seattle. We enjoyed our stay.
