Great!

This place was great! It is comfortable, cozy, and set up well. The location is great with easy access to downtown. Michael always responded quickly and the whole process felt very easy and safe.

Wonderful Experience! Loved Our Stay!!!

My fianc and I stayed at M's place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was just renovated and a short walk to downtown Chattanooga. If we ever needed anything M was there to help us out. He may have been the most responsive property owner my fianc and I have ever rented from. If you are looking for a wonderful spot to call home for a month or more and want easy access to downtown then this place is a steal.

Fascinating Property

The property is located in the best part of the Chattanooga,TN. Its located in an upscale neighborhood, very quiet & safe. Within walk-in distance you are surrounded with so many restaurants, Pharmacy, Urgent care, Publix, Dollar Store, Post office, Shell Gas Station. Literally, you can live in this part of town without having to go far. The Apartment is on the Second floor furnished with newest designer furniture. Michael & his wife have provided everything a traveler may need for a short or long stay. The check-in was easy & smooth and Michael is always available to help for anything the tenants may inquire. My time staying in this apartment was phenomenal and I recommend it highly. I am very pleased to have had chance to stay at Michaels property & whenever I come back to Chattanooga, I know I can not get a cleaner and a better contemporary designed apartment than Michaels place. I definitely give 10/10 to this property & its Super host. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.
