If you have the chance, stay with Mrs J and Mr F. They really are thoughtful home owners in many ways, and were like second family over the duration of my stay. House rules were fair and easy to follow, and if youre lucky theyll invite you to come eat with them as Mr F is an amazing cook! Cannot recommend staying enough.

I staying in the upstairs bedroom for 4 months. The room is nice and has plenty of space. There is a jack/Jill bathroom but it is basically only used by whoever stays in this room. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of closet/dresser space. The room has a couch and TV for personal use. The room also has a thermostat for ur temperature preference. Tenants have their own fridge/freezer outside and a section in the pantry. I cooked almost daily and had no issues colliding with J or frank in the kitchen. For any gym go-ers, I'd recommend Just 4u fitness Marietta - it's 12 mins away but has plenty of equipment and reasonably priced. Basically everything is reasonably close at 15-20 mins away. F and J are wonderful people and have a wonderful family. They occasionally have friends/relatives over but nothing chaotic. And the people they have over are so kind and loving it feels like a second family. If ur looking for an easy/relaxed/good environment, look no further!

This was a wonderful place to stay for my assignment- I was so sad to be leaving! From the first time I met J, she made me feel so at ease and at home- she was like an old friend I just hadn't met yet. Her home is beautiful and spacious and you have access to everything. My bedroom was very comfortable and had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. She gives you a dedicated fridge and pantry space as well. The neighborhood is safe and close to the interstate and about 15 minutes from Wellstar Kennestone. Can't recommend this place enough!

As a travel RN I had a great experience staying at this location! I stayed with Jackie and Frank for 9-10 months and didn't want to leave lol. They welcomed me with open arms, were very transparent, and became like a second family. The house is secure, comfortable, very clean, and I had no issues with my property. The room is spacious and the 3rd lower level offers your own kitchen and living room! I could not ask for anything more. My job required me to take call, I sometimes had to leave in the middle of the night, but was able to come and go as I pleased. I would definitely rent here again!
