I rented this one-room studio unit in Q4 2019 as I needed a furnished rental after relocating permanently to the Clearwater Beach area.The kitchen is updated with high-end countertops and is open so that you can look out over the ocean while cooking, which was for me a million-dollar view! The pool and beach are only steps from the condo unit. The landlord is very responsive and extremely professional, and she is quite experienced with short-term rentals. The building has very friendly people and I had a fantastic stay-I can highly recommend this condo for a short/long-term rental!
