Home away from home!

Kisha and Tim are so wonderful! I'm a travel RN so i'm constantly moving from place to place so coming to their home and staying for a few months felt like I was being greeted by family every time. Room wise, it's a spacious room with storage and it still has its privacy. It's upstairs but they hardly step upstairs so when you need to decompress and have alone time it's there! Only thing is the bathroom is across the hall upstairs so if you need to go to the bathroom constantly that's the only con, but other than that I would gladly stay again. Their home truly is an oasis! Steep drive way and home in the woods. Quiet area for nurses! Beautiful windows and comfortable queen bed! Can go on forever - Thank you Tim and Kisha :-)

Fantastic space!!

Having always rented my own space while traveling, I had some trepidation upon considering. I am positively glad I so chose. Tim, Kisha, Big T, and the two hounds, Buster and Wilma, were the absolute perfect hosts. Maintaining my own privacy was never an issue and I grew fondly accustomed to my banter with Tim. If youve reservations on renting the space, just do it! Youll be happy with the decision.

Home Away from Home

This property is very comfortable and cozy! I felt right at home with my own private bedroom and bathroom, with lots of storage space! Additionally the owners are amazing! Super friendly and overtime were not just landlords but friends ! I will truly miss staying here !

Couldn't Ask For Better Homeowners!

First, Tim and Kisha are two of the kindest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. They have this way of welcoming a traveler and making him/her feel right at home. And, I felt blessed to share their home during my time in CT. The house is peaceful and relaxing, on a quiet wooded property. Also, if you love dogs, you'll be in heaven, as their two sweet dogs will greet you when you come in from work! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great place!

Kisha and Tim were very respectful and helpful while I was in CT. The home is clean and quiet. Heir dogs Buster and Wilma are very loving and kind but will keep to themselves if dogs aren't your thing. There is plenty of space for a solo traveler and the room was set up well with all the furnishings I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if your traveling and need a place for a few months!

Home away from home

The hosts of this property are amazing! First time traveler who was nervous about moving away from home, starting new job, meeting new people...the hosts made me feel so comfortable and welcome in their home. Beautiful house and beautiful area. Easy drive into New Haven. What was supposed to be a 3 month contract turned into a 6 month contract! Bonus if you love dogs...you are going to love their two dogs, they are just what you need after a long day at work. Great experience, would definitely rent again!

The hosts of this property are the most incredible people! I felt like I was staying with family and friends instead of landlords. The house is beautiful, cozy, immaculately clean and private. Only 15 min from yale campus and easy access to highway. Great neighborhood for running. Seriously considered extending my contract just so I could stay here longer!
