Stylish Studio Loft in Little Italy

The space is abundantly appointed and beautifully designed for one or two people. The manner in which the sleeping space is arranged, offers a great deal of privacy as well. The building is quiet, feels very safe and the Location is Absolutely Idealic! Just a few minutes walk to the water as well as the Best farmers market in S.Cal! A breezy walk or a few dollar Uber will get you to Gaslamp, Seaport Village, Balboa Park and more. Steve, the landlord is an absolute gem! Quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Don't pass this place up, you'll be hardpressed to anything similar in as safe a building, in this idealistic location.

Great Travel Nurse Housing

Highly recommend this property for any travel nurses looking for a nice, clean, and safe property to come home to. S was very easy to work with and made the whole experience super enjoyable! The place came fully equipped with everything you will need, and the in unit W/D, and garage parking were a huge plus. This property is also in a prime location, making it super walkable to everything.

This is one of the most beautiful apartments Ive had the pleasure of renting. The space is immaculate and the landlord was very accommodating to my needs. I would 100% rent this space again and again!

Cozy and Cute!

This space was amazing and I highly recommend. The decor is outstanding and makes it feel very peaceful! Very walkable neighborhood, never felt unsafe. Building is quiet! Hosts were very accommodating and super easy to get in touch with! Would rent again!
