Awesome Place & Host!

Shelly was an amazing host! I enjoyed my time at her place with her 2 adorable dogs so much. Shelly answered all my questions before I got to her place and had everything that you would need while on assignment. Her place is in a perfect location to CHCO South Campus and UC Health Highlands Ranch. There are also two shopping centers right next door as well. Plus the perfect open space in the backyard to bike, run, or eno. So close to state parks and to more hiking. The bedroom had plenty of space and the restroom was the perfect size. Definitely recommend to others that are quiet & on the go!

Perfect location, quiet house, cute pups, and easy extension

I contact Shelly a week before I needed housing placement for a last-minute night shift contract and she was super accommodating! The house is clean, dishes never build up in the sink, cleaners come twice a month, the dog that is there now is a quiet non-barking sweetie pie and just wants lots of love. If you're the only person there being able to park in the garage in the winter is a huge lifesaver! Another nurse moved into the spare room but Shelly was super upfront about communication and very reasonable expectation I appreciated. I would stay again if I return!
