BEST PLACE IN NASHVILLE!!!!

AMAZING!! This was the perfect place to stay while in Nashville. Its located near many good restaurants with easy access to nearby hospitals which made it a prime location for me to stay at during my time working in Nashville. I loved how homey it was and how attentive the landlord Susan was during and after my stay. My time there felt like I was in my own home and I hope to stay there again in the near future.

Fantastic place and host

Can't beat the location. Quiet and clean condo, yet so close to everything. Walkable to Broadway, right across from Vanderbilt, and short drive to some great hiking/walking. Also, couldn't ask for a better host. Susan is quick to respond, professional, and extremely accommodating. Was a pleasure working with her.

Great Stay!

Great location and very clean and comfortable place! The host is very kind and accommodating! The condo comes equipped with everything you need, making it an easy move and stay. The location is close to everything, which is great for exploring downtown and nearby areas. Overall great stay!

AWESOME PLACE!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! It was literally right across the street from my assignment (Vanderbilt) which made getting to and from work a breeze! And after working 12 hour shifts, that's so helpful! S, our host, was awesome as well! Very attentive and responded promptly with any concerns me and my roommate had. She checked in with us periodically and always asked if we needed anything. I really appreciate that, since we both are not from TN. The condo came equipped with everything we needed outside of food. We each had our own tv and space.. we loved it! Thanks so much! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be looking to rent with S again! :) highly recommend!!

Wonderful location & Incredible Host!

The condo was such a cozy place to come home to after a long day and S made sure we had everything we could ever need! She is always available for questions, concerns, etc. and was an amazing host during our 3 month stay. The location was great to be close to shopping, restaurants, and the hospital! Walking to work was always an option which we loved! Couldn't have asked for a better condo to have as our temporary home!

Very Comfortable and great location.

Very walkable, we loved walking to The Parthenon and stopping at Starbucks on the way. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and they provided a lot of extra personal items for our use. We felt safe here and really enjoyed the area.

Amazing, Clean, Safe Property

Absolutely Amazing Property! Susan was phenomenal and very attentive. I was able to walk to work every day ,and explore beautiful Nashville by foot in this Centrally located rental. The property was very clean and cozy. I love the small unique touches that made it feel like home and not a generic rental.

Fantastic

I just completed my first travel nursing assignment--finding housing was the most stressful part of the process...However, I got lucky with S and D .--this condo was in a fantastic location (I walked to work, restaurants, shopping ---The condo was immaculate tastefully appointed with fun local flare. BUT--the best part of the stay was S --she was Hostess extraordinaire---always available--answering every text within minutes---She would also shoot me a text or email periodically--letting me know of fun events upcoming.This was awesome since I was new to the area. They were extremely understanding when my contract with the hospital was cancelled UNEXPECTEDLY--after I had signed another 3 month lease--They very kindly allowed me to only pay for the first week --allowing me time to regroup. The condo was well stocked with linens, pantry items, all the cooking supplies you would need. Overall, a 10/10!! Can not say enough good things about S and D and the condo.

Wonderful 3 month stay!

We had an amazing extended stay at this cozy condo! S was extremely helpful and easily reachable. Any small issue we had she handled immediately. The condo is in a perfect location, walking distance to so many places including beautiful Centennial park. Mostly students live in the building, safe and friendly. Comfortable beds and easy parking! We will miss this place. Thank you S for your wonderful accommodations in this great city!

Very Clean, Great Location

The condo was a great home for my two roommates and I over the summer (all Vanderbilt students with summer research positions on campus). None of us had a car, and we couldn't have chosen a more convenient location for walking to campus, shops, and restaurants. We never felt unsafe walking in the area. The condo itself is very clean and well maintained. It has everything that we could have possibly needed (from dishes to laundry supplies). While the space is definitely better suited for only two people, the three of us were fairly comfortable there (with one person making use of the provided foldaway bed). S, the landlady, was very welcoming, supportive, and flexible. Communication with her was super easy via text. I would absolutely recommend this property!

The Perfect Home Away from Home

I am a graduate student who needed a place to stay for the semester while interning in Nashville and this condo was everything that I needed and so much more! It was the perfect sized condo for me and my roommate. I appreciated that it was stocked with kitchenware, basic toiletries, and other supplies. Everything was very clean and all of the furniture was very comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the location of this condo. I did not have a car but since there were so many things within walking distance from the condo, I did not have any issues. Susan is absolutely amazing and so kind! It was really easy to communicate with her about any questions that I had. She was a huge reason why my experience staying in Nashville was so wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Rent!!!

This apartment was in a great location, well furnished and exactly as the pictures described. I did not have a car but because of the fantastic location it was never a problem. The property owner was fantastic and I wish they had more places to rent in other cities. I could not have asked for a better place to live while I was completing an internship in Nashville at Vanderbilt University.

This apartment was perfect , the location was very assessable to everything, the apartment was very clean an well maintain, fully furniture and decorate, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, the location was very quite and safe specially for night shift nurses that sleep during the day, a Susan was an amazing hostess

Very enjoyable stay!

It was an absolute pleasure staying in this cozy condo. The location is hard to beat, and the property owners are so kind and helpful! My wife and our baby stayed comfortably in the condo, and noise was never a problem. It was very quiet and very well kept. Highly recommended.
