Excellent Stay

I rented from Dom for 3 months for my Yale assignment and it was great! Dom is super attentive and always available for questions/problems, although I had none. The location is perfect for either Yale campus and close to groceries and food. The parking is secure and I felt safe the whole time. I would highly recommend this place for my fellow travelers!

Couldn't be better!

I stayed here for a 13 week assignment at Yale Jan-April. Dominic was a great landlord - kept things easy and was responsive and clear. I could not have asked for a better place to stay - great location 10 minutes from Yale hospital, safe neighborhood, designated parking spot, and easy mode of payment (monthly check drop-off office not too far away). Apartment was also clean and cozy. I was very grateful to come home after a hard day to an oasis. 100% would have stayed longer if I extended my contract. 10/10 recommend - thank you Dominic!!

Great place

Perfect rental property!

The apartment unit is in a very safe part of the area and was very close to Yale New Haven hospital (less than 10 min drive)! Included everything you could possibly need and was very clean, updated & comfortable! The landlord is truly wonderful! Hes very quick with responses if there are any questions or concerns and overall a genuinely good person. Would stay here again if needed and recommend to anyone!

Cannot recommend this property enough! The property was clean, had everything we needed, and in a good neighborhood close to everything including the beach. It has a gated parking lot that you need a clicker to access which made it feel safe. D was super flexible when it came to moving in and moving out dates. He was always on top of it if we had any questions or concerns and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. This complex rents units to lots of travel nurses so it was a nice way to have your own private apartment but also meet other travelers. It was only an 8 minute drive to Yale New Haven. Perfect place for a traveling nurse!

Great spot for travel RNs!

Stayed here for my assignment at Yale, it was a super quick commute to the hospital, felt safe and clean, and D was the best! He was always kind and generous and made me feel like I could reach out if I needed anything. Would definitely return if I was working in the area again

Perfect for travel nurse!

D is one of the best landlords youll ever have. Friendly, attentive, and caring- hes more than just a landlord. Hes a friend who will take great care of you and make your travel assignment stay a breeze. The apartments are well kept and clean. Theres a super on site that is reliable. Youll have an assigned parking spot with access to street parking if needed. Washer and dryer on site uses a laundry card that will be provided once you move in! Super convenient location to a lot of amenities and highway access. My drive to yale was 7-10 minutes. Would 10/10 stay here again for future assignments.

Perfect location!

My sister and I stayed in the 2 bedroom unit for our work assignment and it had just about everything we needed! This was definitely a steal because trying to secure affordable housing in a nice area is slim to none in the greater New Haven area! Location is no more than 10 minutes away from Yale (driving) and within walking distance to Rite Aide and a couple good pizza spots. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are super friendly and will look out for you! Most importantly Dominic and his team is super easy to work with and quick to handle any issues that arise! We ended up extending past our 13 weeks and he was able to work with us to ensure we still had a place to stay. If I ever come back to do another assignment I'd definitely try to stay here again if another unit becomes available.

Awesome place to stay

This apartment and the people who work here are fantastic. Everything was as advertised and if there was a problem someone was always available if I needed anything. I stayed here for about 6 months because I felt safe and comfortable. It was a great location close to Yale and close to the train to take you into NYC or Boston. I would recommend this apartment to any traveling professional!

Fully Equipped With All Needs

Apartment was very clean and equipped with all needs upon arrival. D was responsive by text or call throughout my stay. The unit is conveniently located off of I95, so it is easy to commute to nearby hospitals and outpatient clinics. The apartment's parking lot was plowed following snowstorms and felt secure with gated entrance and security cameras. The complex was generally quiet, occasionally heard neighbors talking through unit walls. Would recommend to any traveling health professional needing a furnished unit to stay in!

Home away from home

This apartment was everything I needed when I took a short travel assignment for work. It met literally ALL of my needs and wants. The apartment was so clean, and the windows brought in lots of natural light. Dominic was so incredibly easy to work with, and I really feel like he took incredible care of me while I was there. I could not have had a better experience, and working with Dominic was seamless. The location was a great bonus. I loved my runs to the nearby beach! If I am lucky enough to work in the area again, I will absolutely reach back out to Dominic to stay here!

Great Property!

I loved staying here! It was a great location- an easy 10 minute drive to Yale New Haven Hospital and less than 5 minutes to the West Haven beaches which I went to all the time! The West Haven train station is less than 5 minutes from the property making it really easy to take the train into NYC for the weekend. The unit was equipped with everything you would need, newer furniture, great TV, and plenty of space/storage. I was surprised that the place looked even better in person than the pictures. The area is quiet and black out curtains are provided which makes it easier to sleep for night shift. The window AC units cool down the place plenty too. The property manager and super were very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this place to any travel nurse!

Close to highway and Yale hospital. Fully furnished with up to date furniture and decor. Gated lot for car and security. Good size one bedroom apartment.

Great West Haven Apartment

I had a wonderful experience staying here for 3 months while working as a travel nurse. The property owner was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful! The apartment is very clean and comfortable with plenty of light. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, there's also a gated parking lot included in the rent. Easy commute to Yale New Haven Hospital and downtown. Overall was a great experience and was perfect for a short term stay! I'd definitely recommend this place for fellow travelers!

Great location, safe, everything you need

I reached out to the property manager very last minute about needing an apartment as my prior housing had fallen through, and I was shown the apartment that day and allowed to move in that night. They were wonderful to work with and were extremely accommodating throughout the entire 9 months I stayed there. They were always willing to extend my lease with each contract extension and overall I'm very happy I found this apartment. It's in a safe neighborhood with gates at the entrances to the well-lit parking lot, and cameras throughout the property as well. The neighbors are friendly and I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to work in New Haven.

West Haven gated apartment

Good location in West Haven. This property is gated and has several security cameras which makes you feel extra safe. I stayed in a one bedroom during the summer and it included 2 AC window units which was life saving. The owner of the apartments is absolutely wonderful! You really couldn't ask for better. He made the move up there easy. He is dependable and easy to contact. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The furniture is new and the bathroom had recently been remodeled. I am glad I was able to stay here during my travel nursing assignment.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had a pleasant and stressless stay at this property. It is well maintained and cared for by a landlord that is all about his tenants. D is one of the most personable people I have ever had the privilege of renting from. He goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness and safety of his guests. The property is sage and has multiple points of video monitoring throughout its exterior. The superintendents are an extension of D and reflect his kindness and caring for his tenants. I would NOT hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, family and friend alike.

Travel Nurses

This property is clean, quiet, and has a great location! Close and easy access to area hospitals, highways and train stations (both Amtrak and the metro) As travel nurses one of our biggest challenges is finding affordable, safe, clean housing. This location had it all! large secure off street parking, quiet comfortable fully stocked apartments. We had both a 1 and 2 bedroom unit during our stay. on location laundry. Dominic was the best! He made the whole process easy and hassle free. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for short or long term rentals! Joey and Maria

Amazing place!

Very clean, quite and spacious. Owner was amazing. He was helpful, easy to talk to and works hard to make sure everything is in good order. I would definitely stay here again. Drive to Yale was only 10-15mins depending on traffic. Area was safe with security cameras and a gated parking lot. A great find for any travel nurse.

Travel nurse

Apt is well kept up and furniture is comfortable. Plenty of storage space with closets in each room and coat closet and linen closet. Kitchen storage is somewhat tight, but manageable for cooking in with two people. Laundry is in a couple buildings over with a walk outside, 3D/3W. Parking has cameras with friendly supervisor always available on site and watching main parking lot. Dominic, landlord is very personable, easy to work with, and accommodating of maintenance and other needs. Awesome path along beach for walking. Safe place. Con: Cigarette Smoke smell frequently present inside apt.
