Renter beware

The owner will allow you to rent with dogs, youll spend 3-6 months here during the winter while the owner is in another state and then when you move out, youll learn that the owner is going to keep your entire 1500 dollar security deposit to re-sod his backyard. Which is totally not from 6 months of harsh winter and definitely because your dogs urine made the grass brown. He also charges a 150 cleaning fee and certainly does not have the unit cleaned prior to you moving in, the house is disgusting. Contemplating civil court at this point. Save yourself the headache and money!!!!
