Lovely apartment

I had a great stay in this apartment for a couple summer/fall months. It's a charming old house, view is awesome, location is really nicely situated between downtown, the waterfront trail, and Fairhaven. Priscilla was lovely and answered questions promptly.

Outstanding, Highly Recommend Without Hesitation

I had the wonderful opportunity to reside in the upper floor unit of this property for 6 months. I cannot say enough good about the property itself, the location and Priscilla the owner. The house is immaculate, very well maintained, and pleasingly decorated. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed, and more than met our needs for a great deal of cooking. All appliances and systems in the house are updated and in good working order. Laundry area is convenient and clean. We were very comfortable and at home here. The location is fantastic.in a beautiful neighborhood, with a city park across the street and convenient walking or bike access to downtown, the South Bay Trail, Sehome Hill trails and the university. The bay views from the living room are wonderful, enjoyed many sunsets. P, our landlady/owner is a very personable gracious hostess. She was very responsive to any needs that arose, and was flexible in accommodating some of our special requests

P was very accommodating!! This was the first time we had the landlord try to make things easier for us in so many ways. She arranged for a free cleaning session and a man to shovel the snow during our stay. I also really appreciate the fact that the unit was fully stocked, we had everything we needed in the unit. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Beautiful, clean and Cozy

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. Every step was taken to ensure we were comfortable which made our stay even more enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the sunset from the living room. This is an apartment I would highly recommend. Loved it!!!
