GREAT STAY.!

This 2BR & garage townhouse was so cozy & close to everything; shops, stores, restaurants, etc. Although it has a garage I used the street parking as it was just as convenient & close. There is also a Washer & dryer located in the garage which is very convenient as a healthcare worker. This house was very spacious located in a great location.! The neighbors were respectful & quiet & so was the neighborhood, I have 0 complaints.! This owner was literally the BEST host I've ever had & that says a lot considering I travel all the time.! Her response time was always within a timely matter, excellent communication, very professional, kind, helpful, understanding, accommodating & aims to meet her tenants' needs.! Hopefully I'll get to book with her again soon.! 10/10 Highly recommended.!

I spent 9 months in KC & wish I had found this place sooner! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. J is a great host, always responsive but also let me be as private as I love. So appreciated.

J'S place is a GEM!! Truly lives up to the description of cozy. I loved it here throughout my 3 month stay. Its very clean, nice, decorative, and peaceful. J is very kind and an amazing host. She is personable & always went out of her way to accommodate any needs I had throughout my stay in KC. It is a great location nearby everything. I would certainly stay again if Im ever in the area!!

My Place of Peace

I would have to say that this place was everything for me !!! I stayed here while on an assignment for Healthcare and it was heaven. The owner really takes pride in ownership and it is felt throughout the townhouse. Everything that I needed was already there and that made settling in a breeze. The master bedroom and living room areas were my favorite takes from this lovely place. The decor just really creates this cozy, peaceful, relaxed vibe throughout the entire place. The recliner in the living room along with the electric fireplace really seals the deal. The price and what you get are sweet. The neighborhood seemed safe and people around kept up minor noise. However, on game day they were a bit too much at times. But I really loved the excitement, it felt good knowing that people were near. There are stores and Bank of America nearby. Also, I loved going to the Star Nail & Spa right up the street. Overall, the check-in/out process was smooth, and would stay here again!!!! -A R

I loved the spacious 2BR/1 bath townhouse,which was the perfect home base for my 3 month travel nurse assignment. It was convenient to everything I needed shopping and hospital, very comfortable, and very clean. The garage was a plus so no window defrosting needed prior to work !Joanna was very friendly and helpful and my whole visit was great. Would stay again if my yellow brick road lead me back to Kansas for work
