If you are coming to Nashville and unsure how long you will be here but want to be comfortable and experience East Nashville, I highly recommend this cozy location. Crystal was so friendly and accommodating and the neighbors have all been friendly and welcoming. I’m a light sleeper and never had any issues sleeping here. I would usually leave on weekends so I didn’t need or want anything too large. With a bedroom, full bath, and a cozy half kitchen set up in the living room, it was perfect for my needs! My year here has been issue and drama free. Crystal was the best and I’d definitely try staying here again if my work ever brings me back to Nashville.

Best Landlord Ever!

C is a very responsive and kind landlord that will ensure you have a comfortable stay! Thank you! This rental conveniently located about 10 mins from downtown Broadway fun and in the heart of East Nash! I loved every second of my stay and am grateful to have found Furnished Finder! It has allowed me to transition from one state to another with flexibility. <3 a grateful tenant

Medical Traveler

This was my first time in Nashville and first traveling assignment and I was glad I rented C home for that time. It was the perfect size queen bed , full bathroom and living room with day bed couch for me and my daughter when she had visited . The location was great minutes from downtown, the football stadium, farmers market , grocery stores and if you are vegan so many Graze my favorite, Wild Cow and Bee-Hive was 5 minutes from the home. Times when I did cook in the toaster oven Publix had fresh individual packages that was just right to fit in the fridge, I also took the opportunity to do morning walks around the neighborhood it was great friendly and peaceful no problems with school noise or traffic. Neighbors in the back Will and Laura are great , nice and peaceful.as well as their dog .. Again glad I rented this space C was a great landlord whenever you need her she will respond back and be on top of things quickly!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I lived here for 9 months and had a great experience! This place is perfect for a long term stay. I only moved out to move into a bigger house with my boyfriend. This spot is amazing for one person to live though! C is so great- she's super responsive and kind. The duplex neighbors are also so nice and helpful.

This property was a great fit for my college son while doing a co-op in Nashville. Great location and C was very helpful and easy to work with.

Great cozy space with everything you need!

This little house was fully equipped with everything I needed over the course of my 4 month stay! Crystal was very attentive and helpful if anything was ever needed around the house. It's a great location, just about 5 minutes from downtown and near numerous restaurants and coffee shops! The bed was also super comfortable which was a major plus. Highly recommend this listing to anyone looking in the Nashville area, great price for this location!

Music Lovers Heaven!

I moved into this charming home while my house was getting work done. I live in Nashville and this felt just like home! I felt very safe with the security cameras, key code doors and the neighborhood is growing like crazy with beautiful new homes. I LOVE music and this themed home away from home was so cute! The bed was comfy, the living room was cozy and had everything I needed and more. 5 stars for this place! I would've stayed longer if I needed to and if we do more work I'll be back.

Charming East Nashville Home

I truly enjoyed my stay in this adorable home. The location is close to downtown and just a quick 15 minute drive to Vanderbilt hospitals and campuses. Many thoughtful amenities added to the home away from home feel for me; hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, utensils, plates and extra linens. The mattress was impressively comfy and hands down the best bed Ive slept on in my two years of travel nursing.
