Grab groceries and move right in

I stayed in Judy's studio for two months and would happily have stayed longer. It is nicely furnished and efficiently laid out to provide both sleeping and living spaces. The kitchen is much nicer than what you would usually find in a studio, and is well stocked. Judy is attentive and eager to make her guests comfortable. The location is excellent--just minutes from I-280. I had access to large washer/dryer. I felt safe and welcome.

I was fortunate to have come across this space after having searched for a place for over a month. It hit every possible consideration I had and more. J the owner became family to me and took me under her wing. She introduced me to a whole new family of friends that treated me as if I had known them for years. The space has its own entrance and parking space. The studio was perfect for my needs. And when my wife came to stay for a long weekend, we had ample space and privacy, and it felt like a wonderful retreat. The bathroom is private and well appointed, and even though I am a bit portly, I was able to shower comfortably. I was given access to the pool and we frequently BBQed with our little family and neighbors. The rent was very reasonable for this market and J made a perfect place a palace. You are close to most things and there are a number of thoroughfares and highways nearby. If it weren't for obligations back home, I would have stayed longer. My experience there with J, even had me and my wife consider relocating to the area. I hope to be able to return in the future and plan to stay in close contact with J. She is and will always be a true friend and blessing in my life. FYI, J has a wealth of knowledge of the area and great recommendation for outing.

This is the perfect place to come home to after work. It's quiet, relaxing, and in a very safe neighborhood, so safe that one day I accidentally left my trunk open for hours and nothing went missing! The owner J is extremely nice and checked in to make sure everything was going well, which really made the place feel like home. The space itself is really roomy for one person, has a private entrance and private bathroom, and it was cleaned every other week which is a huge plus! My commute was to the Palo Alto area, right by Stanford, and the proximity to Highway 280 made that drive very easy. Im happy I chose to stay here and would definitely do so again if I had the chance!

GREAT PLACE! This rental is close to everything!! Safe Secure neighborhood. Very Large, quiet apartment compared to other rentals I have seen and friends have rented. J is a wonderful host! She checks in to make sure you do not need anything and accommodated any request I had. Smart TV with all of the apps. Security System included. The neighborhood is in the hills of Redwood City, LOTS of hiking and walking trails. This rental is 15-20 mins close to many major hospitals, with secure parking in driveway and NO Traffic!!

I am so blessed to have the chance to stay with J (the owner)! She was so considerate and accommodating throughout the entire stay, very responsive if i ever needed anything, and friendly when we would see each other on the property. The part of the house you'll be staying in is spacious for one person with your own kitchen and bathroom. The wifi was fast for day to day general use. J also keeps a clean house so dirt and dust were never an issue. The house is situated in a perfect location and for me, it was just a 12 minute drive to Stanford hospital and a 8 minute drive to downtown Redwood city! I was also comfortable knowing that the neighborhood was safe for my car. All in all if I get the chance to stay with J again, I'd do it!

Everything to make you feel at home is here. The day I moved in the Owner ( J) had left eggs muffins in the refrigerator to welcome me to my new temporary home. There is nothing that you need ( other than groceries) to start your new assignment. Easy drive to several of the hospitals in the area. The room is part of the main house but has its own separate entrance and security system. Being a travel nurse, I know how important it is to have a space that is quiet and safe to come home to after a long shift and Js is as perfect as one hopes to find. The dogs are an added lovely bonus.
