Make sure you take pictures of every single thing that is "furnished" to you before and after leaving. After the end of my stay they stole $40 from my deposit to replace two old towels that they claim I bleach stained by washing, which is absolutely ridiculous. So, I had to choose between going to small claims court or just lose that $40. The towels were old and cheap, and honestly new $4 towels from Walmart would have been a major improvement! If I knew they'd do this I would have just replaced all their crap towels for $20. On the actual place - Cons: The stairs are treacherous and far from complaint with code. If you have a disability stay away, or anyone with a fall concern. The tile in the kitchen the grout is breaking, The laminate flooring is deteriorating. The TV has to be a decade old and functionally poor. I literally got my TV out of storage and set it up. The living room floor is about 3" lower on the north side. There are trip and toe stub hazards throughout. Pros: Location is nice with many amenities. Private entrance and felt safe (other than up and down the stairs). Off street parking.
