Bright Garden Apartment

We absolutely loved our stay at Cs property! The home is incredibly well kept, clean, and welcoming. The hosts are so kind and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The yard was perfect for our dog, & the location is ideal!

Had an amazing stay here for almost 4 months. Apartment was very big and homey with everything you need. Only downside was no dishwasher, but you get used to it. Lovely neighborhood with so much to do. Backyard was beautiful with a patio and sitting area. Cindy and her husband were always making sure the property was in tip top shape, they were so lovely and made my stay even more enjoyable!

This location is great, and C is amazing. She has literally thought of everything, and is super responsive, but gives you your privacy. Its safe, and looks like the photos. The living room tv went out, and C and J replaced it that night. I really couldnt ask for better landlords.

C and J were incredible landlords and are very passionate about making sure the tenants are satisfied and well. Some of the photos are dated, but the updates are worth it. The mattress is a comfortable queen and there is a work-from-home office for your convenience. The location is on a quiet street where wild deer roam at night -- also closely located to Shelby Bottoms if you love the outdoors, many restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minute drive, and three grocery stores within 5 minutes.

If you seek a comfortable, quiet, clean home-away-from-home, I highly recommend this property. Located in an East Nashville family neighborhood, it is far from the bustle of the city, yet close to excellent eateries and grocery stores. Plus, it's located just 2 miles from Shelby Bottoms Nature Center & Greenway! The views out the back sunroom are stunning and the kitchen is commodious and well-stocked with cooking gear. Formerly the home of the owners, my husband & I feel fortunate to have been the first to rent this lovely property. Best of all, the owners are caring and responsive; typically they respond to inquiries or requests within the hour.
