Stains/Pet hair on furniture

I didn't enjoy my experience with this property/landlord. I didn't end up staying here after seeing stains on the tiny couch. The stains were dry and because I wasn't sure if they were from body fluids or pet fluids ect. I opted not to stay. The couch cover had pet hair. The landlord was not willing to replace the sofa. She said the stains were from a terrible renter and she was unable to get them out. The landlord was willing to buy a new cover and continue covering them. To many unknowns for me and this was a no for me. Prior to my arrival the landlord was willing to take 1200 instead of 1800 as advertised. I guess that could have been why because the property was not clean. Also the mattress on the bed was very poor quality. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Checked In & Out the same night.

lovely private oasis

I had a fantastic experience here. The landlord is very kind and attentive. The private patio was a highlight for me! The bed is super comfortable. It's a super safe neighborhood and I felt very comfortable here on my own. Highly recommend!!

Tiny house l

This house was perfect for me! The neighborhood is great. The house is clean and stays cool in the summer. Cindy was very accommodating and I would highly recommend any of her properties!

So cute and comfy

This property was absolutely perfect for my short time spent in Nashville. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive when any problems or issues arose. C felt like a mom away from home and was there whenever you needed her. The main house on the property are also short term rentals and it was so fun getting to know these renters and to have people to adventure with one the weekends. This rental was the perfect amount of space for one person and has everything you could ever need. The neighborhood felt very safe and there are many neighbors looking out for one another. This is also a great location in East Nashville close to really great restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to rent here. I was very pleased with my stay and had a great time in the awesome city of Nashville. I already miss it!

I absolutely loved the tiny house! It was very cozy and functional. Any issues I had, were immediately addressed. Would definitely stay again!

LOVED THE TINY HOME!

I absolutely loved staying here! It was cozy and the perfect amount of space for one person! The back porch view was also a plus! The landlord was so sweet and very easy to communicate with. Its a perfect location and neighborhood! You wouldnt regret staying here!

Living Tiny

Although this listing is listed as a Tiny Home it has amble amount of room! I was able to fit, for 3 months my computer workstation, peloton bike, and full size Doberman pinscher comfortably. The home is very nice and well constructed with hardwood floors and tile all over the bathroom. The property managers are amazing! Having it be pet friendly was awesome and at time when I couldnt let my dog out the property manager had no problem letting her out for a few minutes, and even toss some ball with her as well.
