Ladies please beware of this man! He is a very creepy acting person. I left after three weeks due to his weird behavior. He would text me in the mornings stating he had coffee ready and it’s hot with a flame pic. I told him over and over that I already had coffee in my room. He asked me a million questions. If I didn’t go straight home after work, he wanted to know where I went. He is so nosey and creepy that I began to wonder if he had cameras in the bedroom and bathroom I was renting. I began to sneak out of the house without turning on any lights just so I wouldn’t wake him and have to deal with his personal questions. When I moved out I told him he could keep my deposit. I didn’t tell him it was worth losing that money just to avoid having to be around him again. And even though I donated the last paid week and the deposit to him, he still had the nerve to text me saying I left his stove dirty. Gino, you have a week and the deposit money to get that stove cleaned.

Cozy room

This is my first time trialing accommodations in this fashion. Regarding the pictures of this property, well, what you see is what you get. The home shows like a model home, bright and tidy. All of the pictures show where you have house access. Gino is quick to answer any questions and is open to talk to you as much or as little as you like. The room has a full bed, with a low wing back chair, as well as a desk and additional chair for any home office work. There is also a large flat screen TV in the room for entertainment. It is evident that Gino works hard at maintaining the house at its most energy efficient and meticulously clean status. With an over abundance of plug in room fresheners, the entire home smells very clean. The house has a well manicured front lawn, and the back yard is quite lovely and inviting with a covered patio, rose garden, small fountain, and bird feeder. If you like being and eating outdoors, the grill is ready to fire up.

Cozy place

I liked staying in this place, its very close to shopping mall, grocery stores and other places, I had my own private bathroom and access to kitchen. Landlord is very friendly and makes you feel like youre at home. I would stay there again if I have to! Thanks!!!

Great Rental

I spent 3 months here doing a travel nurse contact at San Juan Regional. This was a great room and G was a fantastic host. Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Easy to keep to yourself if you wanted to but G was always willing to chat and recommend cool spots to check out in town. Coming from the east coast it made for a great first experience out west!

Unfortunately I have to write this update. This landlord has refused to give me back my security deposit. Upon leaving he said he wouldn't send it back through Zelle, then said he'd send in 30 days. I messaged him again nearly 50 days later about it and no response from him. In addition to that issue he has been unprofessional, insulting, and extremely rude. After stating that I felt unsafe and wanted to leave upon learning he stayed in the living room 24/7, his demeanor changed. He also gave me the incorrect code to the security system and tried to blame me saying I just had it wrong. How he spoke to me when I was in the process of leaving and after the fact was out of line. I showed his text to my boss and new landlord and both were concerned for my safety. He also fussed about how I didn't clean to his liking even though I paid a cleaning fee. I want to save any future travelers from going through what I just did with this place. The level of discomfort and anxiety is not worth it.

Cozy home

Very nice clean warm home. Conveniently located off main routes, shopping centers and mall within walking distance. Room nicely furnished to include large flat screen tv. Modern large capacity washer and dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and backyard BBQ. Utilities included in rent. Owner is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Puts forth effort to make his guests comfortable and safe (new fire and CO2 detectors).

My Farmington Stay

I had a great time staying at Ginos place. It was a very private room and bathroom at one end of the house. He was very good about keeping to himself if you want privacy but also there to chat and give recommendations if wanted. Inside it has everything you really need, nice big bathroom, bedroom with a TV, brand new washer and dryer, your own fridge, and a safe neighborhood where you can park your car in the driveway. The location was nice being close to some hiking trails and grocery store. I only ended up being there 1 month vs 3 because of my travel job canceling my contract but G was very understanding and was able to help me out to shorten my lease due to this unforeseen challenge! He was a good landlord and would stay there again any time!

Wonderful rental

Wonderful host, very clean house, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Great place for a traveling professional. Relax in the backyard or go on a stroll in the safe quiet neighborhood with access to Mountain bike trails and hikes in the hills nearby at a walking distance from the house. Centrally located to other businesses and services. Host is warm, friendly and welcoming and makes you feel like your own home away from home. House comes with all the modern amenities.

Property review

He turns off air condition every night. I made him aware I feel hot at night but he kept telling me to turn on the fan even after telling him the fan wasnt helping.
