3-story Townhome

This was my first contract out of state and I knew nothing about the area but happened to stumble across this 3-Story home with a garage. The garage was a huge plus, the only downside is I wish there was a garage door remote so we didnt have to always get out of the car to open or close it. The house itself is nice and A and D were wonderful Host. The house is close the University of Maryland Capital Regional Health where I was working which was a huge plus too. Its also a short drive to DC and Virginia, which both have a lot to offer and see. The only downfalls I had were that it constantly smelled like weed, which to most, dont care but unfortunately I do. I know thats out of the owners control. Also, dishes in the cabinet were left dirty and I had dropped the remote under the couch and when I went to get it was disappointed by the all the trash under it and how dirty it was. Other than those 2 things, I didnt have any issues staying here.

Excellent 5* Stay

A was an excellent host!! My toddler and I really enjoyed our short term stay! He even had baby gates which was convenient with having a toddler running around. The garage was such an added bonus during the snow storms too!! The home is conveniently located to many shops as well as DC. Highly recommend this home!!! #travelsocialworker

Short term stay

We loved our stay at this wonderful home! The property owners were very attentive to anything we needed. The home was very quiet and clean. The location was perfect and close to anything we needed! Cant recommend enough!

Great Short Term Stay

This was a great place to stay. The house was clean, neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood felt safe, and it was really quiet. I stayed there with my 1 year old baby and husband and there was plenty of room. The renters made it easy to baby proof and were very easy to work with.

Personal Review

This property was in a great location with enough space to accommodate your every need. As a travel nurse who worked the night shift, sleep was of most importance. I never had any disturbance and always felt safe. Aaron and his wife kept us informed of any upcoming changes ( upgrades to alarm system), and provided us with all important information. I recommend this townhouse for anyone whos looking for a cozy place away from home.

Amazing in every way

I would like to say that this home was amazing, The property owners are very friendly and respectful of tenants privacy. the home is warm and inviting with so much room. I was literally amazed from the first time I walked in because I was not expecting such a open and inviting home. the furniture was comfortable and i could make myself at home from the first minute I was there. The property owners were very prompt if I ever needed anything. The neighborhood was safe and people were friendly. Not to mention that it was literally a 15 minute drive to the national mall and other sites I wanted to see in DC, as well as about an hour away from some really cool beaches located on the Chesapeake bay.
