Late reviews. I stayed at the Pen from July 4th until December 21th. C has been nothing but amazing. She was very responsive to my messages and always checked in on me. The place is in a great location, I mean Walmart is right across the street. The neighborhood was safe and I didnt have any issues. The house itself is cute and cozy. It has everything you need and very comfortable. I definitely would recommend The Pen.

Great Rental

This is a cute and cozy furnished rental. Has everything you need and more with great backyard! Very close to the beach and grocery stores as well as the highway to get around. C the landlord is AWESOME! She is so kind and attentive with any questions we had! I highly recommend renting here!

Wonderful stay at the Pen House !

I really enjoyed my stay at this abordable place . It comes equipped with everything you might need while you are traveling. The tenants were always available if I needed to communicate with them and would reply right away if I had any questions. They always made me feel comfortable that I could reach out to them at any time. My stay there was very peaceful and comfortable to come home to after a long day at work. It also has a huge well manicured back yard where you can sit out side and enjoy your morning coffee . Also a plus to be able to park your car on in a driveway right next to the house . Will definitely reach out to Carol again if I am ever in the area again for my next assignment.

Great Landlord

had a lease and was so excited to move into this property it was a perfect location. Then because of COVID-19 days before my contract at CHKD was set to start my contract was cancelled. I was deviated for multiple reasons, however Carol the owner was absolutely nothing but kind to me even though it was just a couple weeks before we were set to move in. She was compassionate and empathetic and quickly refunded my deposit. So I am sad saying that I can review having stayed here yet, but I can say if you rent it youll have an amazing landlord!
