Perfect spot!

My boyfriend and I had a great time here. The guest house was clean and very close to work. The place is more spacious than the pictures portray. Anthony is an excellent landlord! He was always kind and quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay - Safe, Convenient, Beautiful

I couldn't have asked for a better guest experience - 5 stars. The space is larger than the pictures show and furnished to make you feel at home. Internet is incredible (300mg UL/DL - long video presentations were no problem), area is residential, and scenic with a large series of parks nearby. This is a guest house within view of the main house, but privacy/noise was never a concern. Owners were super kind, speedy on communication and always willing to help. If you don't mind a mile walk (max!) theres a tonne you can access for regular needs: grocery stores, dispensary, office services, NJ light rail, salons, etc. This pocket of town felt very safe to walk through during the day. It's not extremely well lit at night, but still felt very safe. As a remote worker, this was a gem. Will definitely keep an eye out for availability here in the future - I had an exceptional experience. Thank you again!

Quiet, cute, and comfortable stay

This apartment is a cute converted garage. It has two thermostats and is very comfortable temperature wise. The shower is spacious and very nice. Washer/dryer in unit. Private parking space right outside the door. The bed is so comfortable, blackout curtains provided. Pullout couch for guests. The kitchen is much larger than it appears in pictures. Every appliance you could need is provided. I was nervous to stay in Newark, but this property being a converted garage is tucked away and feels very safe. The surrounding neighborhood is also very nice, cute houses in the neighborhood. The landlord lives in the main house on the property and is very friendly and accommodating. You wont be bothered, and this is such a nice private place to come home to!

A Nurse Sanctuary

If I were to move to the Newark area, I would live here indefinitely! The place is amazing, well located and the owners are very respectful of your privacy. Very spacious, quiet and immaculately clean. The television was the perfect size with every entertainment option you could want. The bedroom was perfect size with a television and super cozy/comfortable bed that was perfect after a long day of work. Large closet space with a safe and extra pillows/blankets if needed. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and always hot! I had my own private patio area and an in unit washer and dryer.

Great and cute spot!

This is a super cute and cozy place to stay! My husband and I stayed here while doing a nursing contract at Clara Maass. Its very close to the hospital! It has most things needed for a comfy stay and is located back away from the streets so its quite as well! There is on-site parking too so your car is off the street and easy to park which is a blessing there! The couple that owns the property is awesome and so thoughtful! We loved staying here and highly recommend it!
