Freshly decorated cottage on private grounds in gated yard. Fully furnished, clean and bright. Landlords live in separate dwelling on the property. NO PETS. New air conditioner as of Fe. 15, 2022. Big screen TV. Blackout curtains on bedroom window. Nice landlords.
We do not allow burning of any type of candle. The cottage is on a 1/2 acre property behind a security fence. We live in a separate house on the property.

cozy cottage
This is the best rental experience that Ive ever had! This property is private, gated, quiet, in a good location that is safe, and situated on a lake. The cottage is comfortable and modern. The air conditioning and all appliances are functional and up to date. The laundry is private. Theres good water pressure. The bed is comfortable. Theres plenty of storage space. Its everything you could want and it gets better! K and D are absolutely wonderful landlords who really care about you and your experience. They maintain the property and respect your privacy and have become good friends!
