Quiet, private room in secure location near multiple hospitals and with excellent walkability!

Great location, property and owner

This location is very convenient for those who work at Seattle Children's, around 15-20minutes depending on traffic, and extremely convenient for those who work at UW Medical Center Northwest (it is like walking distance, 5mins walk). Very close to Northgate Station park and ride so you can use the LightRail easily to the airport or anywhere in between. The family that lives there is very friendly, nice, and accommodating, with a cute dog too :) The room itself is simple but very nice, has everything that I needed during my time there.

Accommodating family, great bbq and baked treats, pleasant and clean living space. Flexible with day and night shifts schedules. Overall pleasant experience.

Home away from home

Welcoming family, homey feel, cozy and comfortable room in a safe neighborhood. Walking distance to a bus stop and UW Northwest hospital. Must love their cute dog! Highly recommend, this was a great place to live! I enjoyed my time here and would stay again when I'm in the area!

Great private room!

Great room and private bathroom. Very clean with lots of room! Host is friendly and is respectful of your privacy. Would stay again if I'm ever back in the area!
