Home away from home!

I'm a traveling Mammo Tech and had the pleasure of staying here. The apartment and location are beautiful, and the owners made me feel right at home. This unit is bright and spacious, and close to several major hospitals and shopping. The apartment has EVERYTHING you'll need while on assignment. This was a 5 star experience for me. I look forward to staying here again when I return to Georgia! THANK YOU for such a wonderful stay!

Cozy Basement Apartment

Beautiful basement apartment with all the amenities. Mike and Bonnie were excellent hosts and even helped with my dogs when need. The apartment was close to work and my pups loved the yard. Located in a nice family friendly neighborhood. I'm sure I will be back. Thanks for everything.

Spring in Georgia

Cozy, safe, basement apartment. M is easy to communicate with and very quick to address any issues. I felt safe in the neighborhood to walk my pups after dark, the walking trails and park are very nice. If I ever make it back to this area, I would gladly stay here again.

Amazing Rental: Pet Friendly, Furnished, Nice Neighborhood, Great Location

I was so lucky to find this rental! I stayed for a year working at various locations and this was a great central location to Lawrenceville/Duluth/Atlanta. It's also very close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants so you don't have to drive far after work or on your day off. It's very spacious with a lot of natural light and everything you will need to cook, clean, and even workout. If you work nights, it's quiet during the day and the curtains keep it dark. They also have a nice fenced-in backyard if you have a dog and you can relax outside on the lower deck. It's a great neighborhood with tennis courts, a pool, and walking trail. I felt very safe walking my dog and when I was coming and going to work. M and B are also the nicest people! They respond quickly to questions and are always looking for ways to improve the unit. You will not find a better place or better people to rent from, it really has everything. If it's available, you have to rent it!

Incredible pet friendly rental in beautiful neighborhood

Absolute gem of a rental! Everything one person or a traveling couple would need. Incredibly lucky to have found this. Feel very much at home. Worth every dime!!

Great people and place!

Mike and Bonnie went above and beyond as landlords. Beautiful house in a great subdivision. Very safe neighborhood! Plus there are tennis courts, a pool, walking trails and a frisbee golf course all within walking distance! Highly recommend this property!
