Apartment in Seattle, Washington
Landlord Tenure: 6 years, 9 months
great access to Seattle children's hospital, Swedish, uw and other hospital in Seattle Located in the heart of Eastlake neighborhood with w/d in the unit. located two blocks to metro bus stops that go to the UW, SLU and Downtown. This building was built in 2019 water sewer and electrical included in base rent. Excellent neighborhood, walking, park, restaurants, bars, coffee shops all near by Granite counters, stainless stee...
I had a wonderful stay in East Lake as a travel nurse! The location was absolutely perfectquiet, safe, and close to the hospital and everything else I needed. The landlord was incredibly communicative and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated the dedicated parkingit made coming and going after long shifts so convenient. I would definitely recommend this spot to other travel nurses or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay!
cozy unit
Great little apartment in Eastlake. It has all the essentials & very convenient location as well. Super accessible to downtown & surrounding areas via I-5. I enjoyed my short stay here!
Perfect apartment!
Unit 3 was a perfect apartment for my 3-month stay -- comfortable, clean, and fully stocked with all the necessities (appliances, kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, great WiFi, etc). On-site parking was super convenient and it's also only a 5-minute walk to the 70 bus line. I was nervous about it being close to the highway in terms of sound, but this unit faces the back of the building and I was not bothered at all by highway noise. M and D were also very responsive and great to work with. All around a fantastic property -- I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a short-term stay in Seattle!
Excellent apartment in a fantastic location
I had a fantastic stay with M and D. The apartment's location in East Lake is perfect: a 5 min walk to buses to UW, Cap Hill, Downtown/Pike Place, etc. Dave and Mike were responsive when I had issues (the dishwasher wasn't working properly when I moved in, so they replaced it), and the apartment is a great space with everything you need (fully furnished, stocked kitchen, etc). I would highly recommend M and D, and this apartment.
Charming and functional in a great location. Small issue with bed.
Staying here for the most part was an absolute joy. Appliances were high quality and room space well utilized. The landlord, M was incredibly helpful and easy to contact. My only main issue was the folding bed was broken and couldn't be folded up to create more space during the day. M was quick to respond but materials to fix it didn't arrive until after my lease period ended unfortunately. The location is amazing. I have fallen in love with the neighborhood of Eastlake. Parking in the area can be difficult so having my own dedicated parking spot right in front of my door was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location and this rental to anyone staying short term in Seattle.
Perfect and cozy
I stayed her during assignment at SCCA north. Easy commute, the location is right off the highway. Close to shopping downtown, as well as an outdoor shopping center north. I loved my stay here and it has been my absolute favorite place I have stayed at. The little studio has everything you need. If its available dont hesitate to jump at the chance to stay. I look forward to returning!
wonderful place to stay
Living here was great! Easy access to downtown and I5, (it was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the freeway!!!), beautiful parks and good restaurants near by, what more could you ask for! Mike and Dave were very good owners and quick to respond and help in any way they could! Loved that the apartments were also complete with a washer dryer and dishwasher in unit, a w/d in unit is almost unheard of in Seattle apartments! Thank you for the wonderful stay in Eastlake!
Perfect little studio
I stayed here for 4 months as a travel RN at Harborview, and I couldn't have found a more perfect location. I was able to drive to work in about 10 minutes (on night shift), and being right next to I-5 made it easy to get anywhere else I wanted to go too. It's right near downtown but was nice and quiet. Just a couple blocks walk to get to a park right on Lake Union with city views! Dave and Mike were helpful with any issues that arose. Plenty of storage space for my things. I loved having a full kitchen with a dishwasher even in the small space. Also loved having a washer and dryer in unit!
