Cozy/Convenient
Loved my stay! Place has everything you need and super convenient to everything. You can literally walk everywhere, downtown, groceries, restaurants and the train to the airport is three blocks away! E is responsive and so kind! He makes sure everything is working and is always ready to help. Thank you for an amazing stay! Hope to come back!

Perfect for my stay
I was by myself and this is a great little apartment. Has everything you would need considering cooking, cleaning, and living. The owner is very responsive and pleasant, and the community is also quiet and nice. The assigned in-garage parking is very nice considering this apartment is downtown. This is also right next to Chinatown which has incredible food only two blocks away.

Excellent location
Excellent location, walking distance to hospital. Property comes with parking spot in secure garage, though I didn't have a car. I chose to tackle the hills and lost some weight!! Centrally located and within walking distance of International District, Sports Stadiums, Pioneer Square, and overlaps 3 districts. Eric is great to rent from, nicest person! Highly recommend this apartment!
