Beautiful Guest Home at the Top of Shiloh Ridge

We enjoyed the time we stayed at this beautiful custom guest home while waiting for construction on our new home to be completed. The panorama from the patio and living space are reminiscent of Tuscany or South Africa. The view from the patio of the Blue Harvest Moon rising in late August was spectacular. And its also been fun to watch the deer and wild turkeys grazing on the hillside across the road. This property exemplifies the best of quiet, country living. Its great to have a garage to keep our convertible well protected as well as having extra parking space. We found the well-appointed, two-bedroom home beautifully furnished and spotless when we arrived. The owners have been very responsive to any issue thats come up.

Lovely Windsor Hills retreat

This is a lovely ADU located in the Windsor Hills about 15 minutes from downtown. This two bedroom, two bath gem is great for a couple and we used the second bedroom mainly for a home office. The views from the living space and master bedroom are spectacular and it is has a beautiful patio area for barbecuing or simply enjoying the surrounding beauty. Also a nice area in the hills for walkers or runners! The landlords were very responsive to our requests and the unit was clean, attractive and well maintained. Laundry facilities and garage parking are a definite asset. This area is accessible to both the Santa Rosa and Windsor communities and services. We strongly recommend this property and would rent it again.

Mouse Turd Manor.

The house was filthy. Dust was on the ceiling fans, oven was caked in grime, hood was greasy, and there was hair in both shower drains. We didn't complain until we found the mouse poop. The poop was on the cabinet dish shelf, INSIDE pots & pans, closets, and bathrooms. There are 3 sliding door entrances to the house with 0.5" gaps that the mice and copious bugs, including wolf spiders, enter. When brought to the landlords attention she didn't care. She actually gaslit us stating she didn't see any droppings and diminishing what poop was visibly there. She pretended not to see the dust, hair in the drain, and dirty fixtures. I have photos of mice and droppings I'd found. They hired cleaners reluctantly & every interaction afterward was awkward. She contacted us numerous times with odd requests. Internet is slow, limited cellular service, janky & half sized dish washer. They also pile trash outside so it blows all over the property. The dryer smells like weed. Their dog is cute though.
