Great stay at the we'll furnished room near Fort Totten metro

Thanks to both of Tanya and Sam for hosting me. It feels like my second home. It was a great time to be here for almost 10 months. Everything here is well organised and fully furnished. I don't think anyone can get this much furnished facilities anywhere in DC at this price. Bus stops, metro stations and shopping markets are nearby. And obviously Tanya and Sam are tremendous to approach and solve any issues as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

Wonderful place!

I moved to DC for a summer internship and needed a cheap place to stay for a couple of months. This place checked all the boxes. It was close to the metro, clean, quiet and had all the amenities I needed. Tanya is probably the best landlord Ive ever had. We had something break and she had someone out looking at it the next day. Overall, it was a great experience living here and Id recommend it to anyone!

Owners of the property are very kind and welcoming Roommates are smart people and they have respect for each other. The rooms are neat and clean. Everything is provided. Tv, bed, blankets, closet, bathroom, fridge. Etc I really enjoyed my stay and I would do it again if given the chance too. Tanya and Sam are really warm owners who care for their tenants. Thank you.

Amazing, affordable and spacious room!!!

The house is in a serene, safe, and serene neighborhood. The place is accessible to amenities such as the metro station (red line), shopping centers (Walmart) and food stores ( Mac Donalds. I have always enjoyed staying with T and S. They are such wonderful hosts, very warm and polite. They are always ready to help and responsive to any issues you may come across.

The best place to stay!

I have been living in this apartment for the past six months and i do not have the urge to move to anytime soon. T is so helpful, and everything works perfectly in the house. My housemates are like family! This place is strategically located very close to the Green, Yellow, and Red lines and buses running right closer. Definitely the right place to be if you want a quite neighborhood.

Great hosts!

T is an amazing host and lovely person. I enjoyed my stay at this house very much. It is not a luxurious place, but value for money is very good. The neighbourhood is safe and nice. There is a small backyard, which is amazing place to chill out when weather is good. Would absolutely recommend this place to students and young professionals.

I lived in this lovely house for four months. I had unforgettable memories of this place. The neighbourhood is safe and clean and the neighbours are so kind. The house is close literally to everything you need. It's furnished, comfy and well-equipped. Also, the owner was so kind to me, supportive and gave me a sense of belonging to the community there. I would like to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for safety and peace of mind.

Great Place!

I lived at this house for over a year. I can say this place is really nice and Im sure you will love it. The neighborhood is safe, and the neighbors are nice people. The house is organized and clean. I stayed at the middle room in the second floor, and the room is furnished and comfortable. The best thing I really like about this house is how the owners are responsive and really care to make sure everything works. I would recommend this house for anyone who is looking for a nice, furnished, and clean house in a safe neighborhood.

Great Find!

This is a lovely home, just as described, on a tree-lined quiet street, just minutes from the metro. T is a gracious host and excellent with communication both prior to and after I my moved in, checking in to ensure that I was comfortable. I easily found parking for my car and enjoyed the short drives to nearby parks, supermarkets (also in walking distance) and downtown, DC. I had access to two refrigerators , a fully equipped, clean kitchen, and a washer and dryer. It was a great find!

Wonderful place

I was a student in DC looking for a place to stay and T had the perfect fit for me. This location is around multiple shops, coffee places, a gym and grocery stores/farmers markets. The location is also right near the entrance to the metro making ones commute even easier. The inside of the property is beautifully furnished and well maintained. T goes through an extensive process to ensure those who live there are well suited for the apartment and their roommates. Overall a wonderful area with great owners and amazing roommates. This is an affordable option for anyone looking to have the DC experience all while living in a very safe area. Not only that but it is a gorgeous living space that has all the things you need to live and work in the city.

An amazing place to live in

I have lived in this house for about 9 months. The room I stayed in and the house were very nice and clean. The house furniture is clean and wonderful. T and S made my stay more than wonderful with their full cooperation with us. If something does not work in the house, I email or message them and they immediately come and fix it. All the roommates were very respectful and professional. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, as I used to walk every day for about 40 minutes in the area around the house. The neighborhood has the advantage that everything that is important to you is nearby, like Walmart, the metro, buses, and restaurants such as Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, and Subway. I highly recommend living in this beautiful house.

Comfortable stay

I was recommended to stay with T and S by one of my friends. I absolutely loves this place. T, the landlord, is very responsible and amiable. They respond very quickly to the calls and make sure that everything is handled professionally. The roommates were all students and were very respectful. If it were close to the work, I would have stayed here for a long time. I totally recommend this place to others. Thanks S and T.

Home sweet home

The house is really clean and beautiful. It is accessible to bus stops and metro. I lived in a room upstairs and I loved it with the wooden floors and nice furniture. The landlord is so responsible and helpful. The only thing is not convenient is that I have to exchange coins (quarters) to do the laundry which is located inside the house.

Comfortable Stay

Tanya and Sam provided a very comfortable and welcoming space for me. What was suppose to be a 3 month stay extended to a year stay. The home was very beautiful. Its a 7 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Roommates where all working professions and very respectful. Everyone had a designated clean day to make sure common areas stayed clean plus a Weekly housekeeper. Metro station is about a 10-15 min walk but there is a bus stop just at the corner of the street. Very nice and peaceful neighborhood and neighbors. Well definitely return next time Im working in DC. Amazing place to stay

I loved living here. The location is perfect with the Metro making all of DC easily accessible. The house and housemates are great. Everyone is courteous and living with them was a pleasure. Last but definitely not least, Tanya the owner is absolutely the best. Everything is handled very professionally by one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I will be back in the area in a few months and look forward to living here again.

Very Comfortable stay

My friend recommended me to this place and I absolutely loved it. Walmart and Fort Totten metro station are at walkable distance. The landlord , Tanya , is very hospitable and understanding. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a huge park near by. The rooms are fully furnished with proper heating and cooling systems. The kitchen has all the amenities if you usually cook at home. Loved my stay here.
