Great Location

I would highly recommend this place. B was an amazing roommate, he took the time to FaceTime me to show me the place since I was in a different state at the time. The location was gated and really quiet, especially with me working night shift I never had a problem with noise. Inside was always nice and clean. The location was literally 5 minutes from Banner Tucson hospital with a Starbucks right next door.

Ben's place

Ben was amazing to communicate with and willing to meet me and show me the place prior. I most importantly loved that I could park my car within the gate and felt safe coming and going any time of day or evening. The space was very clean and I felt I had a private space if needed. There are new shops within walking distance and felt centrally located for getting around town. Of course Ben was amazing in showing me around and suggesting things to do! Ben was more than accommodating and flexible to my needs as a tenant. If I ever return to Tucson I would definitely return.
