B is great and so is the place. Great location and central to everything. Highly recommend if you are going to be in St. Petersburg.

Best Location and even Better Landlord!!

I lived here when working nightshifts at Tampa General! It was honestly the best decision I could have made! The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler/couple and is beautifully furnished with handmade wood furniture. The best part though was making friends with B, the landlord. Bis an artist & woodturner (her workshop is a separate building behind the apartment) and she ensured that I had everything I needed. B was unbelievably kind and always asked if there was anything additional she could do to make the place better. From there, I was able to explore the city by biking to parks or into downtown (5-10 minutes) with bike lanes the whole way! There also are breweries, coffee shops, parks, and yoga studios within walking distance! The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. My commute was very easy: I drove one block to the highway and then, 30 minutes over the bridge to TGH. After my shift, I loved coming back to the peace of St Pete and separating work from play.

Quiet, comfortable, and clean

B is so kind and a great person to have as a landlord. She specializes in woodwork and is very easy-going and has lots of good stories to tell. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a good, reasonably priced place to stay.
