Quiet and private

I can't say enough good things about this complex. It has been my favorite place by far in all my years of travel. It's quiet, extremely private, pet friendly, perfect location and has everything a traveler needs when away from home. I was in one of the units that doesn't share any walls with neighbors. It was rare that I heard anyone outside. I felt extremely safe and had a garage for my truck. The owner was always very communicative and very helpful. I was sad to leave and sincerely hope I will be able to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

I stayed here for the past 3 months and had a great experience. K, the property manager, is great to work and cares about the tenants. Any issues I had were immediately resolved (things that were not his fault). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Also a perfect and safe location with plenty to do, see, and eat and close to I-25.

Relocation Stay

Excellent furnished townhouse, located in convenient and safe neighborhood. Property manager (co-owner of Carousel Properties) is wonderful to work with. Very responsive, replaced clothes washer within a day when the installed one stopped working. Simple month-to-month lease. Three bedrooms and three baths with two car garage. All utilities paid as part of monthly rent. Super easy move-in/move-out for executives or others looking for a short term rental. I would highly recommend it. Will be five star rating once carpet is replaced (in process).

A great place to safe!

I recently stayed at this property and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a temporary place in Fort Collins. The units are well-maintained, with quality furnishings, and have all the essentials that you need. It's also pet-friendly; I was able to bring my two cats with me. The property is conveniently located right off of Harmony Road and is close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and there are some great trails for walking/running nearby. The landlord, Kevin, was very easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions or issues I had. If I ever needed temporary lodging in Fort Collins again, I'd definitely stay here.

Staying at Carousel Properties was awesome, period. I've stayed at two properties, both very conveniently located to everything in Fort Collins, nicely furnished/cozy (they had everything I needed as a travel nurse), and the landlord is so pleasant to deal with. He is always responsive and genuinely cares about everyone who stays at his properties. Thank you SO much, Kevin for such a great experience (both times).
