Fantastic apartment

Wonderful apartment that was perfect for my needs. Comfortable, quiet and clean. The landlord was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

This condo was perfect location just off the interstate 77, so traveling to and from Charlotte was easy. The place itself was in very clean condition upon our move in. It was summertime when we stayed there and the AC worked great! Very quiet neighborhood and a close drive to grocery store & restaurants. The landlord was very quick to respond. I know if any issue arose the landlord would have been quick to address it. We had no issues at all with this condo. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very responsive host, excellent accomodations.

R was great. I meant to leave this review a year ago but things got hectic. Plenty of space. Very nicely appointed in both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathroom. I felt comfortable running several miles in the neighborhood. There are several grocery stores within walking distance or a 5 mins drive. If we were ever to return to Rock Hill, we would come back here.

Super cute stay!

This condo was a wonderful stay!! I could go on about the wonderful updates, CLEAN, and the property manager Tanya was very attentive. I felt at home during my stay. I would highly recommend. I work at Novant Presbyterian Medical Center and this was conveniently located near highway access. Beautiful home, it will be on my top list for when I visit again!
