J & C are the nicest couple. Any issues I had about the apartment was addressed promptly. The neighborhood was located in an area that had great access to public transportation, parks, restaurants, supermarkets, public library and other amenities in a big city. I worked 12 hour shifts and felt safe each time I left the apartment early in the morning or returned late at night. Staying in the apartment was a welcome respite after working a long, stressful shift. The pictures are not an exaggeration. The rental is stunning. Its a generous studio apartment. I was not living in a box. You will be happy if choosing to live here.

Comfortable & quiet

I rented the Foushee property from Jim and Celia for four months, and I couldn't have been more pleased. They welcomed my dog and I on day one, and we had a very comfortable stay. Both Jim & Celia were very accommodating, and were always just a phone call away! Would highly recommend renting one of their lovely properties!

Downtown Studio

Great space! VERY spacious and the decor was awesome. Really enjoyed all the little extras that made it feel like home.

Nice space, but pretty noisy, and bring your quarters.

I stayed here while working at VCU, and yes, it's close to the hospital, but walking is hit or miss, lots of homeless along the way that don't always leave you alone. The unit overlooks Broad St which is a pretty busy street and is very noisy. loud cars and motorcycles up and down all night revving their engines. The protesting is pretty much done, but if it picks back up, they march right in front of the unit. I really didn't sleep much when I stayed there because of how noisy it was. Also, there is no washer and dryer in the unit, it's a shared set, with some college kids and another FF

PERFECT FIND!

This is an exceptional property! It is right downtown and close to all sorts of fun things! Short walk or bus ride to VCU. Easy walk to stores, restaurants, the river, list goes on! Parking on site as well. Jim and Celia, the landlords, are truly the kindest people. They went above and beyond in countless ways and really made living here a complete joy. Would highly recommend living here if you can, worked so perfectly and will be tough to leave!

AMAZING!!

I absolutely love this property. The pictures dont do it justice. Its located right in the heart of downtown. The landlords Jim and Cecilia are an absolute blessing, they made me feel like part of their family! The place comes with a parking spot- takes me about 6 mins to get to work (VCU), you can also walk if you wanted to. I would definitley stay here again and very sad that i had to leave!
