I enjoyed my stay with Fern over the winter months of my contract in Arizona. The apartment is in a prime location to anything you could ever need. The unit is very spacious. There are multiple grocery stores, restaurants, retail stores in very close proximity. The condo complex is gorgeous, the multiple pools are fantastic. Thank you Fern! **Only thing I would forewarn is for people working 3rd shift and potentially 2nd shift unless you're a heavy sleeper, because landscaping is done frequently and is loud, (but it shows because the area is gorgeous) and the unit faces towards the sunrise as well, so can be bright if you don't cover the window in the bedroom. But I worked third shift and it didnt bother me.

Needs an update desperately!!!

This place is in need of an update!!!! From furniture to appliances. Little noise from fellow tenants but staff is constantly blowing leaves all hours of the morning. Not good for night workers. Landlord in another state so slightly difficult to get ahold of. Place was not very clean when I arrived so I felt the cleaning fee was a bit excessive. Very close to pool and grills which was nice. Overall great area. Felt very safe and covered parking close to condo.
