An Exceptional Stay with a Truly Hospitable Owner

I recently stayed at Christines property and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what really stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the owner. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt welcomed and had everything I needed. Throughout my stay, the owner was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. They offered helpful recommendations for local restaurantshighlighting some of New Havens best pizza spots, and sights, making my trip even more enjoyable. If youre looking for a place where the host truly takes pride in providing an exceptional guest experience, this is it. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and welcoming stay!

One of the best places to stay

I had an amazing 4 months stay at this beautiful, well kept house. C is amazing and just one call away if you need anything. The only thing I regret about staying is this place is that why didn't I move here earlier. The roommates were amazing and the house comes with all the modern appliances. C and her family keeps the house well maintained and are super nice. Best 4 months of my stay in connecticut. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and just a walk away from Walmart, Aldi, gas stations and planet fitness.

Amazing place to stay!

I can describe this home is 4 words: Home away from home! I stayed in this lovely home for 6 months and it was a sad day for me when it was time to go. C is an awesome landlord. Very prompt! Any issues (if any) were handled in a timely manner. My roommates were also amazing. What makes this property even better is that its 10-15 mins away from all the major hospitals in New Haven! If Im ever in the New Haven area again , this is a property Ill definitely keep in mind to stay at.

Feels Like Home

I truly enjoyed my stay here in C's home. My dog and I were here for almost a year, and it was such a wonderful experience. It is an easy commute to Yale and St. Raphaels hospital. Any issue that may come up was always resolved promptly. The neighborhood was quiet and close-knit, which is comforting when you're so far from home. I'm looking forward to my return visit already!

A true gem of a house

Amazing property with wonderful Landlords. Wish I didnt have to leave Connecticut. If and when I do return Im hoping this charm of a house is available. C is just a phone call away should you need her and her husband and son keep the property well manicured. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet even though it is literally minutes from the highway and any amenity you may desire from shopping, restaurants to the gym and parks. D

Great Housing!

My girlfriend & myself are traveling nurses. When looking for housing its a tough find at times due to our 2 large dogs we take with us. Christine & Jason however welcomed us to their home with open arms. In their house, they offer renting by bedroom or the entire house, pending availability. We were able to rent the entire house for our stay and it was great. Fenced backyard, queen bed, smart TVs in every room, pool (if youre there in the summer), all kitchen appliances ready to use including Keurig, etc. The house was a 10 minute drive with light traffic to Yale New Haven Hospital. Very easy commute. In addition, Planet Fitness is across the street, grocery store is 0.2 miles away, & lots of food/restaurants wait downtown by the hospital! DoorDash is in full effect as well. On top of the house, the hosts were outstanding. Any issue with the stay we encountered, Christine was in touch with us within minutes & at the house just as quick if needed. Awesome place to stay.

Best place EVER!!!!!!

I couldnt ask for a better place to stay. Safe location, easy commute, and a wonderful landlord (available at any time). Plus theres a wonderful outdoor area with a pool, gazebo, and a fire pit!!!! Couldnt ask for more.

Home away from home!

I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Christine has been the best landlord ever, easily available by phone/text! The property is an easy drive to Yale and St. Rapheal's. The bedroom was super comfortable and I was able to sleep well for night shifts. Safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors and beautiful backyard with deck and pool for sunny days off. Should I return for another assignment, Christine will be the first person I contact. Don't pass this one up!

My cozy stay!!

Christine the owner is so nice! And very attentive. She checked in on me regularly, which I find awesome. The place is very comfortable , Tv and cable and bedroom very cozy. and the pool in the back is perfect for the day off! Very clean house , with very nice appliances and comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood and accommodating to Yale Hospital. Loved the stay here! Perfect place for the stay away from home! From what is asked around the price is perfect for the area, and so worth it. I used Uber and Lyft to commute in.. it was average about 13$ a trip.

Great Accommodations

Christine was wonderful to work with, shes quick to respond, professional, and extremely helpful. The accommodations were clean, well represented, and very conveniently located. Neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay immensely and if Im ever back in the area I plan to stay again.
