Beautiful property and lovely host

I worked at Hilton Head as a NICU/Nursery travel nurse; this was my first assignment, first night shift position and farthest away from my home state. The home space is beautiful, quiet and peaceful- the room allowed for quality rest for my shifts. Elizabeth was welcoming and helped me bridge the homesickness as well as my adjustment to this new chapter in my career! Plenty of storage for personal items, food as well as able to adjust to oneanother's routine.

Beautiful Place in a Great Area

I enjoyed living here while I finished up my last year of nursing school. The bedroom is the perfect size for one person with plenty of storage closet space for my needs. The view outside overlooking the pond is beautiful especially around sunset and the neighborhood itself is very quiet. There is a school baseball stadium across the road which you can hear games from at various times (it posed no problem for me, but for those seeking a super quiet environment it is a good thing to note!). Also this home is located in a great central area of Bluffton! The host is very personable and went to great lengths to ensure I was comfortable while staying with her and let me make the space feel like my own while I was there. There are several ground rules as it is a shared space but the host communicated them very well up front and they were more than reasonable for my lifestyle. It is clear that this host puts in the effort to provide an enjoyable experience during your time staying with her!

Beautiful Property located near Hospitals

This property is indeed beautiful and in the city of Bluffton which has so much to offer to a visitor. The host was always available to answer my questions and offered suggestions for restaurants, things to do and see, mechanics to fix my car, or other questions I had. The host allowed me to make the space meet my needs and encouraged me to move things around to feel comfortable in my space. We were able to have the right balance of socializing and respecting each others privacy which was important to me with my busy work schedule. My view of the water from my bedroom was a morning favorite of mine. I felt welcomed and comfortable in this home and had plenty of room in the common space of the kitchen to cook and sore my food and use the washer and dryer. I was also able to use the gym facilities which was a very nice extra for me along with the pool. Definitely take a look at this property!

Home away from Home

Wonderful cozy home with beautiful view of lake on golf coarse. Quiet neighborhood great for the night shift nurse to be able to sleep. If your not careful you might just end up with a life long friend. The owner super sweat!

Beautiful Area, beautiful host

I came to South Carolina as an ICU travel nurse to do an assignment at Hilton Head Hospital. This property is absolutely gorgeous. Its nestled in a small community by a beautiful lagoon. The house is spacious and the room and bathroom are separated from the opposite side of the house. The house was well kept and very clean. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was very quiet. The hostess is kind and caring. I did not want to leave when my assignment ended.I made a friend for life . Just fyi - the hostess will only accommodate females
