Spacious and Bright Basement Apartment near Downtown

Great space in the basement! Dont be afraid of noise, this is the quietest place I have ever stayed in. The kitchen/living area is very spacious, and there are sufficient kitchen tools to cook all of your own meals. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to downtown.

This is a wonderful place to live if you are a traveling professional. The landlord is very friendly, respectful, & communicates well. The kitchen had everything I needed while I was living there. Only thing that wasn't my favorite was the small shower; it's functional, but it's tight. The mattress is comfortable; I slept really well while I stayed there. The unit has plenty of room in the living room area if you have guests over. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near a park and close to downtown. There is a lock/key for the bedroom if you want to use it, but I never felt the need for it.
