John and Claudia were amazing landlords! One of the best furnished finder experiences I've had to date. The space itself had everything you could possibly think of or need and if for any reason it did not, Claudia was always willing to find ways to make sure it accommodated my needs. The living room had a pull out couch for guests which was great and the guest policy was very generous. The mattress in the bedroom was so comfortable especially for someone with back pain. Bathroom was the perfect size. Laundry was conveniently located in the basement. Claudia and John were very respectful of my space and privacy the entire stay. Will gladly be staying here again if I'm ever back in the area!

Basement Living

Great space in the basement! Dont be afraid of noise, this is the quietest place I have ever stayed in. The kitchen/living area is very spacious, and there are sufficient kitchen tools to cook all of your own meals. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to downtown.

Comfortable home in a perfect location

This is a wonderful place to live if you are a traveling professional. The landlord is very friendly, respectful, & communicates well. The kitchen had everything I needed while I was living there. Only thing that wasn't my favorite was the small shower; it's functional, but it's tight. The mattress is comfortable; I slept really well while I stayed there. The unit has plenty of room in the living room area if you have guests over. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near a park and close to downtown. There is a lock/key for the bedroom if you want to use it, but I never felt the need for it.
