An Absolute Gem of a Place and an Amazing Host!

I spent the past year sharing this beautiful townhome with Deborah, a warm, friendly, and deeply respectful lady. She works incredibly hard and is gone most of the week. Catching up on weekends was wonderful. I am truly going to miss our Friday night pizza tradition with her adorable Aussie, Bindi! The location is unbeatable for UNC, a quick 5-minute drive to campus. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk, taking 10–20 minutes to the UNC Hospital. Having a reserved parking spot made my commute a breeze and allowed me to stay focused on work. Supermarkets, the YMCA, and the UNC Rec Center are all a short drive away. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and perfect for jogging. Inside, the space is exceptionally clean with modern appliances. I will deeply miss having my morning coffee on the brick patio with its gorgeous view of the golf course. A wonderful place to live!

Amazing host, fabulous location

I had an excellent experience staying at this property and highly recommend itespecially thanks to the wonderful landlady, Deborah. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed. The home is in a safe, quiet, and walkable neighborhood. I often took walks and always felt secure. Its just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, making transportation easy without a car. Local amenities like grocery stores, cafes, and parks are nearby. The house is spotless, cozy, and well-kept. Deborah clearly takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space. The furnishings were modern and fully equipped with essentialsfrom kitchenware to linens. It truly felt like a home away from home. Deborah is a phenomenal hostwarm, respectful, and quick to respond. She kept the house stocked and was always available if needed, while giving me full privacy. Ideal for travel nurses or professionals seeking a clean, quiet, and reliable stay.

I had the best time staying with D. She will make your stay as comfortable as possible like its your house. I love her dog Bindi. Shes adorable! Her place is chic and neat. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. You get everything you need at her place. Plus its easy to go to work (UNC hospital). Buses pass by the corner of the main road which is less than 5 minutes walk. Everything is accessible within her area. The best thing was I gained another friend. Thanks D!

Lovely place and host

Great location, friendly and enjoyable host. Beautiful view from the living room, comfortable room. Location excellent to not only Chapel Hill but Durham as well.
