Great quiet place to stay!

This space was exactly what I needed! It is in a quiet neighborhood with a private entrance. I felt very safe while I was here. B and his wife were absolute great hosts. They greeted me upon arrival, showed me around the space, and even suggested good places to shop and eat in the area. Anytime I had a concern, B was always very timely with his responses and took care of things right away. B was even nice enough to just check in with me to make sure that I was doing ok. I highly recommended this space for anyone coming to the Plano area!

A convenient Place.

The unit is well maintained and the Landlord is pleasant and responsive to tenants needs. The neighborhood is safe and quite with nearby grocery stores and only a short drive to the restaurants. If I go back that city I will surely look for that place.

Safe and Comfortable Home away from Home

First, I would like to say thank you for allowing me to stay in your home. B and S made me feel welcome and at home, they check on you weekly and keep you posted on weather conditions in the area. Especially since I worked long hours and unaware of what is going on. Having my own private entrance with security, well lite, quite and safe is very important to me. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the bathroom comes with a blanket warmer. This location is close to all the major hospitals, food markets, restaurants and malls. Dallas is only few minutes away if you want to visit and do more shopping. I highly recommend this place because it is safe, comfortable and close to everything you need You won't regret it if you're thinking about booking this property good ahead and book. Highly recommend! Cozy, Homey, Clean, and Stylish!

Highly recommend! Just moved to Plano in October of 2022 and stayed with this host couple for 3 months. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, personable, and truly made me feel welcome and at home! Checked in with me frequently to make sure everything was going well. Backup power available if electricity goes out (it didnt, thankfully :D). Very accessible and a great location! I had access to multiple grocery stores, laundromats, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, gyms, restaurants-everything! Very close to the highway system so I was able to get around very easily and quickly. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Guest quarters were very clean, homey, and stylish. Mattress and pillows were VERY comfortable! Security is very important to the host so there are outdoor lights, gate lock, and outdoor cameras- so I felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful 3 months!

Travel nurse assignment

My spouse and I stayed in B's efficiency for 3 months and absolutely loved it. The privacy we experienced was unbeatable. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, so we didnt have to worry about our cars being in the street overnight. B was extremely helpful in explaining the area and making sure we always had what we needed. He went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room itself had absolutely everything you could think of. The smart TV for Netflix worked great, and the wifi was a huge plus to use. The private bathroom was probably the most convenient. We loved the towel warmers, and the small details that matter. The walk to the park was also very nice. I would encourage this place to anyone who is thinking of coming to the Plano or Dallas area. Dont worry the drive to Dallas is quick and nice. I 100% would stay here again when Im In town.

Just Like HOME

B and S are absolutely wonderful! Together they have made an oasis in the middle of Plano! This studio has so many wonderful extras, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster oven, microwave, and a towel warmer to name a few! The space is thoughtfully laid out for ease and comfort! B does a weekly check in to ensure you have everything you need during your stay!! Questions were quickly answered! The safety features made this beautiful neighborhood and space even more enjoyable! Close to everything you need and more!!

You won't regret staying here

I fully enjoyed my stay here with Barry and Sharon. I was able to experience the privacy of having my own separate unit as well as feeling close to family as well. Barry made me feel at home, always checking in on me weekly to see if I needed anything. He never missed a weekly check in. I felt safe staying with them. Barry and Sharon went above and beyond to make my stay there as comfortable as it could be. Plus the location is in the perfect spot. It's literally close to everything. It was such a disappointment I couldn't stay longer. You won't regret it if you're thinking about booking this property!

Awesome place and great welcoming hosts

The place is an awesome private studio. You will enjoy full privacy including a private entrance. Place is a furnished cozy studio with kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher and a full bathroom. It was sparkling clean. Barry and Sharon were great very responsive hosts that treated us like family and helped us with all of our requests in a speedy timely manner. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.Its about a 5 minutes drive to Medical City Plano and theres virtually no traffic if you use the alternative route.Driving distance to all other major hospitals.Plenty of stores and entertainment near
