Landlord lives with You!

Where do I begin? Landlord lives above apt. & doesn't understand tenant rights, he believes it's "his" house regardless of laws. Numerous times he knocks on door & if not answered fast, he uses key & walks right in. I had to call the police every week as he would break in, threaten me & throw things. I also endured constant flooding in office, bedroom & bathroom when it rained. In first 2weeks of stay- all plumbing clogged, flushed toilet & it would empty into bathtub. Then had huge ant infestation for several weeks. All of the constant problems were met with landlord's shrug of shoulders & saying it was an old house. Coming home from work to constant laundry, cleaning & random workers in/out thru eve. We had mice too! This man wears earbuds 24/7, No concept of how Noisy he is. Plays drums, heavy shoe walking all day/night. Regularly drops stuff (kettle bells) over bedroom. The neighborhood comes with loud booming car/music. Good Luck if you go for cheap rent. Expect no privacy ever!
