amazing :)

I greatly enjoyed living here while commuting to Groton. The apartment is nicely furnished and more than comfortable for a person to live in. It's gorgeous and is conveniently located a couple of minutes from I-95 ramps. The neighborhood is really peaceful and safe, the beach is right in your backyard. The landlords are awesome people and were very kind to me during my stay. I would come back 100%.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! I loved every minute of being in this peaceful cottage. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe in this home and in this neighborhood. I drove an hour and back into Bridgeport for work but the sunrises and sunsets make it so worth it! A and her husband were so nice and helpful and answered any questions that I had. I would 100% recommend staying here!

An absolutely lovely place to stay!

This is an absolutely lovely place. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures; the ocean is right outside your door! I walked down on the beach so many times-- this part of Long Island Sound is so beautiful. The apartment itself is new and clean. A is a very responsive, competent, and kind landlady, and she made me feel very welcome here. Overall, 5 stars-- I really can't recommend it enough, and I wish I could stay longer!

Beautiful views

Very clean and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. Privacy respected. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while on contract. Was worth the travel distance to midstate hoapital. Great hosts, they were a text away whenever I needed something or had a question.

Dream Stay!! Recommended.

First off, the location is spectacular. South facing sunny all day and views of the LI Sound to the south. The apartment had been completely remodeled and comfortable. Includes all essentials and is not too cluttered with too much furniture. Tons of natural light and quiet. A and G could not have been more helpful and are super cool people. Beautiful beach for evening walks right downstairs, quiet neighborhood, close to towns, nature preserve, shops. Ideal. Nicest fall and winter stay in decades. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, peaceful, home away from home

I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment while working at Yale New Haven Hospital as a travel tech. This space is absolutely worth the drive to come back to! Every morning the sunrise on this water front property will make it hard to leave. Every night the sunset reminds you you're where you're supposed to be. The landlords are gracious, warm, attentive, prompt, and respectful of your space. Win-win-win. I don't mind driving 35 min to work if it means I get a piece of this heaven after a long day. The apartment has just the right amount of space for a person to cook, relax, rest, and hang out. Do it. You will be missing out if you don't.
