Basement Apartment

Basement apartment meets all the needs for basic living and more. The landlords are very responsive to all communication. Any concerns are addressed with the privacy of the tenant as the main priority. Property is dog friendly, both the apartment and the main house. There are multiple dogs that live in the main house, so occasionally they are heard in the apartment. The landlords do smoke, the smell occasionally comes down the stairs into the apartment (especially when the stairwell doors are closed). The landlords are friendly and take pride in getting to know the tenants. Would definitely recommend.

Nice comfortable basement apartment

Property was just what I needed. It was roomy and had a very comfortable bed, living space and a full kitchen. The bedroom was perfect for sleeping during the day. The landlord was always available by text for any needs that came up. I would stay there again if ever in a contact in that area again.

I stayed at this property for about a year and I would absolutely recommend. It is a very spacious basement area with your own washer, dryer and bathroom and kitchen included. Any concerns or requests I had were met promptly not that there were many at all. If I couldve stayed longer, I would have. Thank you Y for being such great a host!

Nice rental

Spacious basement apartment extremely comfortable, spacious with lots of storage and only 1 min from Maryland State route 100. Has its own car pad out front, private entrance & walkway straight to door. Washer and dryer full size kitchen included. 5 mins from 2 gas stations (711/Exxon & Xtra), 5 mins to Wendy's, Subway & CVS. The landlady is welcoming, accommodating, and very helpful. The apartment can get very cold as there is a draft from the large walk in closet. A heater is in the bedroom and living areas for comfort. Landlady also placed weather stripping on entry door which may have helped.

Spacious basement apartment extremely comfortable and endearing, only 1 min from Maryland State route 100. Has its own car pad out front, private entrance & walkway straight to door. 5 mins from 2 gas stations (711/Exxon & Xtra), 5 mins to Wendy's, Subway, CVS & a bakery, 15 - 20 mins to Walmart, Trader Joes, Giant, & Weiss supermarkets. The landlady is welcoming, accommodating, and very helpful. Stayed in the Winter, this apartment got very cold. There is a draft coming in from the also spacious walk-in closet which leads to extra storage space, so landlady acquired 2 extra heaters. Nice!!
