Adorable basement apartment

My dog (Chai) and I stayed in this cozy basement apartment for 6mo. Eric was the kindest landlord and always made sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped. You have your own parking spot next to the home so parking was never an issue and your own private laundry room (a must for me). I felt safe walking my dog around the neighborhood, the neighborhood is so stinkin cute, with a beautiful rose garden down the street. Lots of breweries and restaurants nearby you could bike or walk to. I never had any issues with noise coming from upstairs and I worked night shift (slept during the day). We stayed through the summer and were comfortable even on the warmer days. If you want a great landlord and a cozy, stress-free stay while in Portland, youre looking at the right place! :)

Definitely a great place!

Me and my pup Winston stayed here for 3 months and it wasnt long enough honestly! We felt very safe in this neighborhood, close to a beautiful rose garden and not too far far from downtown. Eric is a really helpful landlord and always made sure to give my dog some love, Winston loved him! We would absolutely stay here again.
