Luxurious New Build With Responsive Owners

From the continuous water heater, to whimsical cupboard knobs, to the gorgeous shower in the master bath, this property was clearly built to be a space to love living in, rather than a cheep rental like so many others. While there were a few issues with appliances during my 3 months stay, the landlords were extremely responsive and had the issues solved as quickly as physically possible. In the case of the single recurrent issue, as soon as it was clear that repairs would not solve the issue long term, they replaced the appliance entirely at great cost to themselves. They are absolutely the kind of landlords I would have liked to rent from long term and I was sad to have the leave at the end of my contract. The location is also quite perfect and it truly is an easy and safe walk to BJC and Children's and while the reastraunts and nightlife of the grove are an easy few blocks away, the house is set back far enough to avoid hearing any noise.
