I had a wonderful experience renting a room here in Greensboro NC. The area is very nice quiet and feels safe which made my stay even more comfortable. Joanne is an amazing host who truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The space itself is clean well kept and very inviting. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

Just like home!

This rental will feel like home away from home! The landlord is excellent!! The room/house are in a very quiet & safe neighborhood. You will have your own private entrance, a very clean room, a comfortable bed, use of a full kitchen, laundry, and living room area. I stayed for 6 months. I highly recommend!

Very Private and Good Price!

I stayed here for a little over a month, and the landlord was very accommodating and understanding of my contract ending because of a full-time hire! The private entrance was a nice perk, I felt like I had plenty of personal space and privacy while staying here and would definitely see if I could stay again if I came back to this area!

Joanne was very welcoming and I felt like I was staying with family. The home is just a 15min drive from Cone Health. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and highways. Her dog Bentley is a bonus!

Perfect Place

So I have stayed at this place for the past month and it has been an amazing experience. Its in a great location and close proximity to the Cone Health System. The host is clean and compassionate, but gives you all the personally space you need. She takes pride in her home so that a plus. This place is perfect for any traveler that likes a calm peaceful clean environment. When I extend my contract I will definitely be staying here again. It truly is a home away from home

Amazing!

I had an amazing stay at this property! Miss J and B were some of the best roommates I could have asked for. The home was very nice and clean. I had plenty of privacy and never felt uncomfortable during my stay. It was my first time using Furnished Finders so I was a bit nervous but I had an amazing experience! I cannot recommend this place enough :)

Lovely home

J is kind and thoughtful. She'll give you as much privacy as you need, but is easy to talk to as well. The home is clean, modern and very comfortable. It's quiet so sleep was never an issue. The neighborhood is also safe.. I only wish I had found her place in the beginning of my contract. But I felt lucky to have stayed for the remaining 2 month I did have left. I'd gladly stay again.
