Fantastic condo for a short or long term stay! This place has everything you need - comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, underground parking, courtyard, pool, and a large wrap around porch. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and the condo is just a stone throw away from a cute pocket park. Owners are very responsive and communication was always easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

This apartment is perfect for a short or long term stay in LA! It has everything you would need in a kitchen, comfy beds, patio, great pool, and amazing quiet neighborhood. I loved the area because it was less than a mile to streets lined with great taco stands, bars, restaurants, and shops!

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience staying at this property. The owner K was very pleasant and receptive to our needs. She was also very flexible with out schedule which we appreciated. The unit is spacious and was fairly clean when we arrived. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely a highlight and I enjoyed walking around the property. There is convenient and safe parking in the parking garage. The only things that we wished were different in our experience would be for there to be more natural light in the apartment and clearer communication regarding moving out cleanliness standards.
