AWESOME AND COZY FIND

We had to find temporary housing for our mother while her home was going through major renovation. We were fortunate to find this cozy home and appreciated Q's flexibility in extending her stay to 4 months. This place was very convenient. Freeway close, shopping close, etc... Q was very attentive whenever he was needed and we really appreciated his hands on management of the property. If you're looking for temp housing in this area, don't hesitate and book. Great space

Stayed here for about a month! Quyen was great! Responsive and flexible. The space is super cute & comfortable. Perfect space. Neighborhood is safe and walkable.

Wonderful Home In A Great Neighborhood

Beautiful, clean and open space w/ modern appliances in a very peaceful Garden Grove neighborhood. Even with the HS situated right behind the home, we rarely if ever dealt with increased noise. Quyen is also very responsive and attentive to any of our needs with just a quick text. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent place to stay!

Q is a great landlord and takes great pride in his home. Any issue we had, he remedied quickly. I worked 3.5 contracts in the area and loved it. Our doggies loved the high school field being right behind the backyard fence, allowing them to stay entertained with running people. It also was nice to take a short walk to downtown Garden Grove and see shows at Garden Amp or eat at the weird Elvis mexican restaurant Azteca. I suppose being a 7 minute drive from Disneyland was sweet too (sometimes we could see the fireworks from the front yard). Would 10/10 stay again!

Great Stay

The landlord, Quyen, was great! He got back to me quickly about my inquiry on the house, was nice, and very flexible. The house was nicely styled, impeccably clean, and had a huge backyard. My only concern was that the insulation of the house wasnt that great; in the early mornings it would be extremely cold, but there was an AC/heater unit, so I would turn that on or wrap myself up in a blanket, so it didnt bother me too much. Its also in a great location and a good neighborhood, I always felt safe there. Overall, this house treated me well, and I highly recommend staying here!
